The space We are located in Greve, a stone's throw from Florence, in the most authentic heart of Tuscany, immersed in the enchanted scenery of the Chianti hills. The accommodation is newly renovated, elegantly furnished in Tuscan style and equipped with every comfort, including free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, and maxi-screen TV. A large outdoor area shared with the other apartments of the property is equipped with a mini-pool with whirlpool, solarium terrace, large patio and barbecue, to spend moments of relaxation and conviviality in the open air between a refreshing swim, an aperitif, a barbecue under the clear sky of the unspoiled countryside. The mini-pool is not heated so it is open and usable during the warmer season. The accommodation is located in the center of Greve in Chianti, a short walk from the town's main square. It is a great solution for those seeking the tranquility of the Tuscan countryside without sacrificing the convenience of having all services, shops, restaurants, tourist and cultural attractions available. Greve is a great starting point for those who want to visit the Chianti area, being located about halfway between Florence and Siena along the Via Chiantigiana that connects the two cities through the entire wonderful Chianti valley. Starting from Greve, you can easily reach all the main towns in the area, the wineries, castles and the many charming medieval villages typical of this enchanting part of Tuscany, first of all the nearby Castle of Montefioralle which is about 2 km from Casa Vacanze Alessandro and can be reached with a pleasant walk. Florence is about 30 km away and is easily reached by bus; the bus stop is right in front of the house. A few steps from the accommodation, you can find a motorcycle and bicycle rental. Street parking is allowed. The spaces in front of the house are paid from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (1 euro/hour or 6 euros for the whole day); free parking spaces are available a few steps from the house. Alessandro, in fact, in addition to being the owner of the apartment is also the owner of the restaurant-pizzeria-wine bar "La Cantina" which is located right next to the accommodation.
