You have access to the hydro massage therapy sessions inside the building, included upon reservation, limited availability. The space Essentia Luxury, has an full equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, breakfast bar and dining room. Living room with sofa and TV. The main room has a King Size bed and the second room has two double beds, both rooms have access to the terrace. 2 bathrooms and terrace with private pool. Guest access You have exclusive full access to the villa and you can also enjoy the common areas of the complex, such as the pool and restaurant, spa and yoga area. Other things to note We will access the unit on Monday for pool maintenance, so the pool can have proper function. You have 30 kWh per day included in your reservation. If you use more than that, the additional consumption will be charged at 8 pesos per kWh. Tulum is a destination in constant development and growth, which makes it truly unique and special. However, this ongoing evolution can sometimes present challenges related to local infrastructure. Some basic services such as hot water, electricity, internet, or water pressure may experience occasional temporary interruptions due to external factors or ongoing work in the area. These situations are beyond our control, but we will always do our best to assist you and resolve any issues as quickly as possible. Additionally, please note that some access roads may be unpaved, which is common in various areas of Tulum. Exclusive Access to Our Beach Clubs Enjoy your stay even more with exclusive benefits for Home Tulum guests. We currently have an agreement with a nearby beach club, subject to availability and WITH PRIOR RESERVATION. Reservations for this option can only be made between 10:00 AM AND 12:00 PM; outside of these hours, access cannot be requested. Guests must also arrive within this same time frame in order to enter. This option includes access to the beach club and the use of its amenities only. You may also enjoy lounge chairs (subject to availability) and a bar area where you can relax and enjoy food and drinks by the sea. Towels are not included. Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the establishments, so all consumption must be made within the beach club.
