Casa da Lua is the perfect getaway house for those looking to be close to the beach and the golf club of Vale do Lobo. The contemporary 3 bedroom townhouse has recently been renovated to a very high standard and is only a short walk down a beautiful path from the Beach. Stride barefoot across the cool concrete floors or enjoy a summer BBQ on the roof terrace. With this house you don't have to skip on style, functionality and luxury when traveling. The space The townhouse is in the middle of everything: From here you can walk to all amenities that the Vale do Lobo resort has to offer and it’s just meters away from the amazing beach or the Golf Club. The house has a total of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can host 4 adults and 2 kids (not counting a baby) very comfortably. There is large master bedroom with a double bed, a smaller second bedroom with two single beds (which can be made into a double bed) and a children bunk bed. A baby cot can also be provided. Minimum stay is 4 nights and in the months of July and August it is 7 days. Casa da Lua comprises of 2 Levels, a terrace, and a roof terrace. On the ground floor you will find a large master suite with a spacious bathroom and a walk-in closet. Outside on the terrace you have little garden patio with two sun loungers. The first floor is where you enter the house and where you will find an open plan kitchen and living area as well as 2 further bedrooms. One with a bunk bend and another with a queen size bed. They share one bathroom. On the top floor is a stylish roof terrace with a build in seating area, a large dining table and an outdoor kitchen including a Weber Grill. The views from here stretch all across the coastline and the sunsets are something to be remembered. . All appliances are state of the art and the adult bedrooms all have a TV. There is a Nespresso machine as well as washing machine and a dryer. The whole house has Air-condition and proper wall and underfloor heating. Registration Details 129885/AL
