Welcome to our home! We are a family living in a newly built house with an entire upper floor that we do not use ourselves. The house is located in the countryside but at the same time close to Lund. We offer a private family room for 1-3 people (double bed, single bed, desk & dresser) upstairs there is also a "living room", large bathroom with shower, toilet & bathtub. These spaces are shared with other possible Airbnb guests. Fully-equipped kitchen is available where you are welcome to cook your meals. Pets are welcome + SEK 150 The space The family room accommodates 1-3 people and consists of a double bed, single bed, dresser, and a desk. Bed linen & towels included. Downstairs: A large entrance with laundry room, bathroom with shower and toilet, large modern kitchen with open floor plan towards the living room, our two private bedrooms. Upstairs: Living room, three smaller bedrooms, bathroom with shower, toilet and bathtub. There is also a refrigerator upstairs available for guests and a small self-service kiosk. The bathroom & living room upstairs are shared with any other Airbnb guests. We have a cat and dogs may be present as we allow pets to stay overnight. Nice walking paths in the nature reserve, which is 280 meters from the house, there are also more nature reserves and forests (Dalby Söderskog, Skrylle, Kungsmarken, Rövarkulan, Trollskogen & Torna Hällestad) to visit nearby. 3 km to the nearest bus stop (Hardeberga) and 3- 4 km to the tram station (ESS) Distance: - 9.1 km to Lund C - 4 km to ICA Södra Sandby (Supermarket) - 3-4 km to MAX IV, ESS (Tram station ESS) - 3 km to the bus stop "Hardeberga - 280 meters to Linnebjer Nature Reserve We may also be able to assist with transport to and from the home upon arrival & departure. Large parking is available outside the house at no cost. There is also a possibility to borrow a bicycle. Possible to bike all the way to Lund and Malmö from the house. Guest access As a guest, you will have access to your own bedroom, the bathroom upstairs, and the living room upstairs. Also, possibility to use a washing machine. During your stay We will be available during your stay with us.
