Guests of this home are provided with ONE parking permit for the Ocean Pines Beach Club on 49th Street in Ocean City. Parking is available on a first come, first serve basis and the pass is property of the condo. The Beach Club is only 10 miles from this home, approximately a 17 minute drive depending on traffic. Ocean Downs Casino and Racetrack is also just 3 short miles away! No detail has been overlooked in this beautiful, recently updated 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath home that comfortably sleeps a family of 6. As you enter, you are sure to fall in love with the open living floor plan and the vaulted ceilings! Ocean Pines has a number of seasonal outdoor pools and an indoor pool, accessible for a daily fee payable upon entry. While in Ocean Pines you can enjoy a number of parks and walking trails available within the community. There are 2 marinas, a premier racquet sports facility and a Robert Trent Jones Sr. designed championship golf course. Rabbit Run Lane 36 allows ONE well-trained family dog with $150 Non-refundable Pet Fee. Dogs must be current on all vaccinations, and currently treated with Flea/Tick Preventative. NO CATS or other animals permitted. The tans may fade, but the Memories last forever..... *This home is Only available to rent Friday to Friday in Season. Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.
