Lakefront in Prattville…Summer time fun doesn’t get better then that! Enjoy swimming, kayaking & sunbathing, right out the front door. Carol’s Prattville Cafe is a few doors down & Plumas Pines Bar & Grill is a short walk away. Relax on the deck, throw some steaks on the grill, pour yourself a glass of wine, and take in the beautiful Lakefront view. Sorry but we do not have a dock. You may launch your boat at Plumas Pines Marina located 1/2 mile away. No early arrival unless pre-approved. This home does not have AC. There’s a ceiling fan in the living room & bedroom. Both rooms have a portable fans. Our nights cool down, opening windows in evening, will help keep the place cooler. I will be available throughout your stay, if you need anything. I live nearby in Chester. Our place has limited space for large gatherings along with near by neighbors. Please keep gatherings to a minimum.
