Atypical 35m2 apartment in Lille. The nicely decorated apartment has a bright bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and a comfortable living room with a sofa bed. The apartment has all the amenities for a pleasant stay (fully equipped kitchen, WIFI, TV, linen ....). The property is perfectly located near the Parc Jean-Baptiste Lebas and a few steps from public transportation to reach the main points of interest of the city. The space The beautifully decorated apartment features a bright bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and a comfortable living room with a sofa bed. The apartment has all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay (fully equipped kitchen, WIFI, TV, linen ....). A complete baby kit is available (cot, folding chair, changing area on washing machine with mattress, potty, booster seat, baby wedge for bathtub...). Linen is not provided for the cot. Other things to note Please note that last minute reservations made within 24 hours of arrival are subject to a change in arrival time from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. The property only accepts the number of adults listed on the reservation confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the reservation will not be accepted. Each guest will be asked to show identification once the reservation is created and at check-in. This property does not accommodate bachelorette parties, bachelor parties or similar celebrations. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked not to make excessive noise. A noise abatement policy is in effect between 9pm and 7am. Guests must leave the property in the same condition as they arrived. If you leave the property at a time other than the scheduled time, i.e. 10:00 am on the last day, without prior mutual agreement, you will be charged a €55 reminder fee. If the above policies are not followed, a penalty fee will be applied to guests for any damage caused to the property.
