Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this 3 bedroom, centrally-located ski in condo. You are within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, cafes and plenty of outdoor activities such as golfing, disk-golf, biking, fishing and more! Curl up in front of the gas fireplace after a day on the slopes or take advantage of the nearby hiking trails during the off season! You are only 7 miles from Flagstaff Lake! This spacious condo is perfect for large families! The space This condo is centrally located on Mountain Side Road. You share a parking lot with others and will be able to park two cars during your stay. There is overflow parking if you need more than that. When you arrive to the property you will see a long staircase at the end of the parking lot, your condo is nestled up on the hill. You will enter through the mudroom entry door where you will find plenty or storage for your ski or hiking gear. Downstairs features a washer/dryer, bathroom and two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a bunk bed with a full on bottom and twin on top (sleeping 3) and a ROKU Streaming TV. The 2nd bedroom has 2 sets of twin bunks (sleeping 4) and the master bedroom has a queen bed with attached bathroom. The main floor is an open concept living room, kitchen & dining room. There is a push out window and sliding glass door that brings in natural sunlight. Enjoy the gas fireplace and Cable TV on the main floor! Upstairs features a master bedroom with queen bed and private bathroom. Please remember to keep your ski/hiking gear in the entryway! Guest access You will have the condo to yourself! Please be respectful of the owners personal items. There is plenty of closet, cabinet and bureau storage for your belongings.
