Our apartments are 1+1 and all have a magnificent sea view. We have a total of 4 apartments in our building, 2 downstairs and 2 upstairs, all with separate entrances. There is an L-shaped sofa that becomes a double bed when opened in the living room, and a large refrigerator and dishwasher in addition to all the tools you can use to prepare your meal in our kitchen. There is separate air conditioning in the bedroom and living room. We also have a place in our garden where you can park your car. The space This apartment is on the upper floor, it has 1 bedroom and 1 open kitchen and living room. The bedroom has a double bed and the living room has an L-shaped sofa that becomes a bed when opened. Both the bedroom and the living room have air conditioning. The kitchen has all the utensils and all the windows are fitted with fly nets. Other things to note * Please make sure to check in and check out on the specified days and times. * Please do not smoke in your apartment. * Please be careful not to make loud noises after 12 am in consideration of our neighbors and environment. (In order not to disturb our other guests, games such as backgammon and okey are not played on the balcony.) * Please do not invite guests from outside the apartment. * We inform you to keep your valuables with you and that we are not responsible for your lost items. * Please be careful not to leave the air conditioners and taps on when you are not at home in order to conserve energy and our natural resources. * You can contact us in case of emergency or if you encounter a problem.
