Animal policy We can not allow animals due to severe allergies on the part of a family member which causes us to have to shut down our guesthouse and perform extensive deep cleaning to return it to an allergen-free environment. We respectfully request guests with animals seek lodging in an animal friendly listing for this reason. However, according to Federal ADA regulations for Service Animals we are required by law to accept these. We are entitled to ask the following questions and make you aware of our expectations. Please let us know the following: 1. Is your Service Animal required because of a disability? 2. What work or task has your Service Animal been trained to perform? 3. Is your animal a Service Animal or an Emotional Support Animal? ADA regulations do not include ESA’s. We have some rules so that both your stay and that of our guests after you will be enjoyable and relaxing. If you have any questions, please ask! •Your Service Animal may not be left unattended at any time. Do not leave the animal in our apartment by itself. If it's a service animal, it must be with you at all times. •Your Service Animal must have a collar or harness with identifying information attached. (Please note that all cats and dogs must be licensed in the City of Seattle.) •If your Service Animal is a dog, please provide an advance copy of your Service Dog's rabies vaccine (current thru your stay). No proof, no stay, sorry! •Your Service Animal must be on a leash or in a cage at all times. •Your Service Animal must be housebroken, non-aggressive, not destructive, and not display repeated, unprovoked noise. •We can ask you to remove your Service Animal and/or leave for excessive barking, aggressive or damaging behavior or obvious lack of sanitation. •Please walk your Service Animal away from the house, away from our property, for bathroom needs. Indoor piddle pads are not allowed. •Please clean up defecations immediately. Dispose in the toilet or somewhere AWAY from our property. Note that there are fines in the City of Seattle for off-leash dogs and not picking up dog shit. •Please keep your Service Animal off the furniture and counters unless it is specifically needed for your disability. If you insist on having your Service Animal on our furniture, please bring your own bedding, sheets, towels or blankets for the animal to lay on. **If it is found your animal is not a legitimate Service Animal we will require an additional $1500 cleaning fee.** Quite Rambler Guests: are assigned a parking spot in front of the house, off the road. There is a 6inch height for the entry of the front door. There are no stairs, just one entry point with high entry, Please use caution, the main entry (no required support available) from the front patio; Note house located in Northwest where it rains frequently, it can become slippery, the entry way is vinyl flooring for the first 3 feet. This is not an ADA friendly location due to the amount of height required to reach the entrance, plus height to access the bonus room that allows access to the patio, There are no steps, just a high entry way for the door to the kitchen and door to exit and enter. Please note the patio door requires a stick for security, please use it after returning inside the home for your outdoor patio experience. The backyard is listed as shared only because we use it to garden or work on projects in the adjacent driveway & garage, plus service the hot tub. We keep yard work and the like between 10am and 7pm, (unless advance notice is given to guests) . There are no other rental guests on the premises at any time- we only rent this one suite out. This is a private home for quiet relaxation. While guests have total privacy, owners visit buy are not on site or live on-site and we do not allow any unregistered unannounced guests, parties, gatherings, shindigs, receptions, film crews, loud music, general mischief and mayhem on the premises. No guests means no guests, - no visitors allowed at any time unless they have been registered with us or are picking you up, dropping off etc. Please contact us in advance if you have any questions or special requests regarding this matter. Guests have access to the entire house minus a few locked closets used for supply storage. The shop/garage is also unavailable to guests. There is Strict- No Smoking, No- illegal activities, No- human occupants. This home is "G" Rated, For General guests. Again: No Smoking inside the house allowed under any circumstances. Outdoors Quiet Hours on Weekdays: 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM Outdoors Quiet Hours on Weekends: 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM This unit has been recently renovated with new windows and treatments, lighting, outlets, kitchen backsplash tile, Bathroom Shower Rain shower head, and carpet flooring. New King Bed, New office space with New 2 work stations with computer Ultimate comfort Full-Time Computer chairs. New Dining set for two. This unit is a residential, safe neighborhood full of smaller nice single family homes. There is transit and small convince shops within4 blocks of walking distance of our area, so the only foot traffic we get are neighbors walking, children, children on bikes, others and their dogs or getting their daily exercise. People tend to look out for each others property and car beak ins and the like are very rare. That being said; catalytic converter theft rings are prevalent in every city in the US right now. Never leave anything in plain view in your car in any major city. - Party violation: $700- + immediate forfeiture, removal from house- of nonrefundable stay. - Smoking/weed/drug use violation: $375+ immediate removal/Forfeiture - Late checkout: $50/Hr -Fecal Violation: $50 per pick up Cancellation policy This reservation is non-refundable. Review the Host’s full cancellation policy which applies even if you cancel for illness or disruptions caused by COVID-19. Guest access No garage access. We do have option sofa beds, air mattress and any kind for larger family group. House has limited electricity of 60 Amps. The panel located in the office. Do not touch panel unless power outage.
