Built in 2022, the Oleander Urban Suites are an ideal alternative to explore the city. Our apartments are designed for you not to miss anything and for you to feel at home. The excellent location, between Okrug Gornji and Trogir, facilitates communication to Split airport. Trogir is at only 20-min walking, Saldun beach at 250 m, Split airport at 10-min driving. Conceived in a modern and functional design, all our apartments features as well a private terrace with sea view. The space The apartment come with a double bedroom (bed size 160x200), a bathroom with walk-in shower and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and sofa-bed for 2 children (bed size 120x200). The kitchen is equipped with stove-top, oven, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, ice maker, blender and all the necessary kitchenware. The bathroom comes with a full set of towels per person (small, medium & big), bathrobe, beach towels, free toiletries, cotton pad and ear sticks. Hairdryer is provided as well. Each room is air conditioned. The balcony with sea view comes with outdoor table and chairs. Every apartment comes with a parking space. Flat screen smart TV is available in the leaving room and in each bedroom. Satellite channels and Netflix connection are available. However during your stay we are charging a mandatory weekly linen & towels change fee which varies depending on the apartment size: for a one-bedroom apartments this fee amounts 20 Euro per week: for a two-bedroom apartments is 25 Euro; for a three-bedroom apartment 30 Euro. In addition to this fee you can ask for weekly cleaning for the price of 30 Euro per cleaning (weekly cleaning in not mandatory). We may ask to enter the flat during your stay to check if all is fine in it:)
