The fully equipped kitchenette includes a stovetop, fridge, microwave, washing machine, and all the essentials for preparing simple meals. The living and sleeping area features two comfortable single beds, a convertible sofa, a dining table that also works as a workspace, and plenty of storage for your belongings. The studio also includes a private, fully equipped bathroom, providing everything you need to feel at home during your stay. Guests are also welcome to use the shared courtyard and balcony, both of which are available to everyone staying in the building. They're perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or getting some fresh air! Guest access The apartment is completely private. You will also have access to the building yard. Other things to note Kindly be informed that as per legal regulations, we are required to register all guests and collect a city tax of 50 CZK per person per night. We will send you a payment link shortly before your stay or we settle it during check-in. Please note that this includes a small processing fee. In case of cancellation, please understand that this transaction fee is non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding! Please note the sauna is shared with other guests and is open daily from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM. On the ground floor of the building, you’ll find a cozy café Seifert's Brunch that adds to the atmosphere of the house. You’re very welcome to enjoy the café as well, with a special breakfast offer available for our guests at a discounted price of €12. If your apartment is located on the ground floor, you may occasionally hear some noise from the café during its opening hours. The café operates only until 4 p.m., so evenings and nights remain quiet. Paid parking is available in the building!
