Lots of space! 4 downstairs bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and fully stocked, so your packing is easy. Extra 5th bedroom space is available upstairs for additional guests along with two queen air mattresses. As a guest, you have full access to our neighborhood amenities, including pool, tennis court and gym, all just one block away. (Wristbands must be worn when using amenities) Take in the morning sunrise while enjoying your cup of coffee from either the downstairs or the upstairs covered and shaded patios. Enjoy a round of golf at the South Padre Island Golf Club, with a clubhouse just a short block away. (Fees required) Enjoy scenic walks around the neighborhood and bring your binoculars for some incredible bird watching. In the evening, sit around the outdoor fire pit and roast marshmallows, or cook some local caught fish on our outdoor grill. Our home is not only kid friendly, it`s a kids dream place with a special kids play area complete with Barbie house, babies and strollers, coloring books, crayons, play-doh, board games, and a giant outdoor Jenga set that is fun for all ages. Pack n Play is available for our smaller visitors. We are just a short drive the beaches of South Padre Island. We have a beach cart available for you to use along with beach towels, beach toys, and an umbrella. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cookware, and everything you need if you want to cook at home, including coffee makers to suit any coffee lovers taste. For those nights that you don`t feel like cooking, just one block away is the very popular Divots Restaurant. Great for dine in or take out. Our guests will have access to the entire downstairs area of the home which includes 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a family room, kitchen, dining area, laundry room, garage, and outdoor patio and backyard, as well as the driveway area. For larger groups, our guest will also have access to an additional bedroom upstairs that has room for 2 queen air mattresses as well as an upstairs patio space. Our guests will have the house to themselves with our onsite manager nearby for any questions that may arise. Casa de la Familia is located inside the gated golf course neighborhood of the South Padre Island Golf Club which is located in the bayside town of Laguna Vista. Our neighborhood is a quiet residential neighborhood, just a short 10 mile drive to the beaches of South Padre Island and bordering the Laguna Atascosa National Wildlife Refuge. Private cars are recommended. Taxis may be available, but our area does not offer Uber. Check in time is 4:00 p.m.  Check out time is 11:00 a.m.  Our onsight staff will be there promptly at 11:00 to start their work NO Smoking allowed on the property.  NO Parties allowed. Outdoor quiet hours are from 9:30 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. 25% of the Rental Fee is due with your rental agreement to reserve the dates. 75% remaining balance is due 30 days prior to check-in date and will be charged to your card on file on or a few days after your due date.  We ask that the thermostat not be set below 72 degrees and that you be mindful to keep doors and windows closed while using the AC. Any excessive energy use that is a result of the AC being run under 72 degrees will be collected as an additional charge.
