You will stay in our house of 150m2 , built in wood and earth, in the middle of a garden with trees and flowers of 4000m2, in the immediate vicinity on foot of the leisure base of Betineuc (walks, beach, catering, sailing, fishing) and the associative and family café "L 'Empetteette". By car 10 minutes from the medieval town of Dinan, 35 minutes from the sea and 40 km from the beautiful towns of Saint-Malo and Dinard. The space Upstairs you will find two comfortable double bedrooms (160*200 and 200*200) as well as a children's room for two or three children depending on their size. These three spacious and bright rooms are attic, as is the bathroom, which includes two sinks ,a bathtub and a toilet. On the large landing there is a sofa bed, ideal place for a reading break in natural light or as an extra bed. On the ground floor ,once past the entrance you will find to your left a vestibule and toilets and to your right the office. By taking two more steps on the tomette ,you arrive in a large room bathed in light thanks to these many well oriented bay windows. This space brings together ,behind a central island the well-equipped kitchen with room to prepare good meals on the piano , a large dining table to enjoy them and at the end surrounded by plants of a cocoon lounge to settle down or nap. Outside ,different spaces combine:the pergola and the garden table, the barbecue corner in the evening light,the wicker hut and its shade ,the large lawn, the swing etc.....There is also the place to plant tents in the shade in the orchard. Guest access You will have access to all the rooms of the house and the garden. Other things to note There are two cats that live outdoors but may come to see you.
