This small house in Fagerdalen is meticulously decorated and finely polished - which has given it a cozy, nice and colorful atmosphere. The house is 80 sqm divided into 2 floors + basement. It has original wooden floors, open space solutions and a fenced garden with a large terrace on 2 floors: # 1: Lounge #2: Dining table + chairs Noteworthy: • 10 min walk to the wine bar at Mølla • 15-20 min walk to Cafe Generalen • The garden has sun until the evening is over • Local bakery, store, bus, skatepark & playgrounds nearby The space The house is a middle terraced house with its own entrance from a small garden in front, and a large fenced garden in the back with a terrace spread over 2 floors. 1st floor has: • Small hallway. • Kitchen. • Living room. 2nd floor has: • Hallway. • Bathroom: with shower, toilet and sink + drawer space, shelf space and hooks. • Bedroom 1: double bed, clothes rack, built-in wardrobe - but in this room there is plenty of room for, for example, a crib or a camp bed. • Bedroom 2: double bed, built-in wardrobe, small balcony. • Workroom/bedroom 3: wardrobe, work table with chair. Here there is, if necessary, space for 1 camp bed and/or 1 travel bed for baby that is available in the house upon request. Basement: • Large freezer (there will be some frozen goods at the bottom, but there is plenty of space at the top, so it is available for guests). • Laundry room with washing machine and cleaning equipment. Otherwise, I would like to mention that although the house is *almost* finished indoors, a few things are still missing: for example, the moldings are not finished painted and put in a few places, the balcony door in bedroom 2 is in disrepair - but here a throw hook and safety link have been set up for safety. Guest access The whole house! Other things to note • I may not have a TV - but I have a brand new portable projector from Samsung that can be played in the living room or in the bedroom - super nice for movie nights! It's a Samsung Freestyle, it works like a Samsung TV - with the ability to log in and watch different streaming apps. In the living room there are also blackout curtains, so the movie experience is the best possible. • 1 Bluetooth speaker available. • 1 longboard that you can borrow. • Bed linen and towels must be brought. • Kitchen towels, washcloths + washing equipment can be found here. • For longer stays (over 14 days), the house's bed linen and towels can be used.
