Newly renovated cottage with all the amenities to make your stay comfortable: Starlink, dishwasher, European style 2in1 washer dryer and electric incinerator toilet. Separate 3 season, 2 bedroom bunkie with office space. Patio set with BBQ on wrap around deck and Adirondack style seating on the dock. The space We are definitely off the beaten path while only being a 7 min drive to downtown Little Current. We are situated on Lake Huron in the North channel which makes for big water and wind sometimes. There is a queen bed in the main bedroom with full bath and fully equipped kitchen. The bunkie houses a double bed in one room and a single bed and small office space with wifi in the other, both with separate entrances. Bunkie has electric heat but best used in 3 seasons and not winter. Can’t beat the sunsets and views of the La Cloche mountain range. Guest access The entire property is yours alone to explore. We have neighbours on either side of a short road with only 5 or so cottages on it. Access to our town road is through Aundeck Omni Kaning First Nation. There is a nearby beach but it is for reserve members and their guests only. Other things to note Main 1 bedroom cottage fully winterized for your comfort. Heat pump as main heat source with back up electric baseboard in bedroom, bathroom and main living space. Electric fireplace for extra coziness.
