Very nice apartment located on the hills of Villers sur Mer. From the terrace of the living room there is an unobstructed view of the countryside and above the trees, a breathtaking sea view, on the Cap de la Heve, at the foot of the city of Sainte Adresse and finally Le Havre. At night on the horizon, you can see the lights of the cargo ships waiting to enter the port or the Seine estuary. A constantly renewed panorama like a real impressionist painting! The space You will enjoy the sound of birdsong in this very beautiful apartment, decorated in a contemporary Scandinavian style, with every comfort in a luxury residence, fully fenced and guarded, with a 3-hectare wooded park, heated swimming pool, tennis court, and parking. This very bright apartment features 2 double bedrooms, an entrance hall leading to a large living and dining room, a fully equipped new kitchen, a bathroom for the master suite (with a 160-cm double bed), and a shower room for the 2nd bedroom with a convertible sofa bed (offering either a very comfortable 140-cm double bed or 2 separate single beds). Separate toilet close to the kitchen. TV with 25 over-the-air channels.  The Residence is close to the charming town center of Villers and the beaches. Numerous walks in the countryside around the property and a variety of sports activities available in the area, as well as sightseeing opportunities. Villers has a casino and an adjoining movie theater. Amenities: TV, Wifi, 2 full double bed sets & 1 bath towel per person - possibility to change after 15 days for 20 euros for 1 full set-, hair dryer, 2 kitchen towels, Bluetooth external speaker, 2 sunbeds, table and chairs on the terrace. For lovers of the "Little Queen", on the ground floor at the entrance of my building, there is a large bike space with metal frames to accommodate your(s) and secure it with your personal padlock. Be sure to read the house rules: 1/ This apartment is NON-SMOKING; 2/ The price shown is for 4 people with linens included; 3/ These linens are for 4 people and include 4 bath towels and 2 bath mats, and are INCLUDED in the rental price... 4/ The linens provided correspond to the exact number of registered guests, in this case 4 people and nothing else. Of course, if there are only 2 of you, we will adapt to the situation and provide you with what you need, i.e., bed sheets for your 160-cm bed, bath towels for 2, and bath mats. We are entitled to refuse the rental, upon your arrival and during your stay, if the number of occupants in this apartment does not match the number stated in your reservation and if you have declared children under 13 years of age when they are actually at least 17 years of age; we may ask to see your IDs to verify that everything matches your reservation on the Airbnb website! 5/ Once the reservation is confirmed, no changes, dates, or number of people will be accepted. 6/ When cleaning, we will be paid directly at the end of your stay (80 euros in cash). My co-host will remind you in due course. Guest access Private parking is available. Arriving after the gate, immediately turn left and go to the end to the roundabout and park. A paved path, bordered by the pool and tennis court, takes you to building C, where the apartment is located. Not suitable for people with disabilities as the elevator cannot accommodate wheelchairs. By car, the beaches are 5 minutes away and it will take you 15 minutes to reach Deauville. 100 m away, at the foot of the Residence, are the local buses that will take you to Cabourg and Houlgate or to Deauville. Other things to note The apartment has been recently renovated and therefore, very comfortable with neat decoration. It is a residential building and everyone is looking for tranquility and rest. No parties are allowed. A bungalow is available, near the parking lot to accommodate all your friends and friends; a reception room with fireplace and a non-equipped kitchen are at your disposal. Ask the caretaker. A complete cleaning is of course carried out between each rental with a thorough disinfection of the accommodation. So please pay my hostess 60 euros upon checkout.
