On the upper floor, a shared rooftop terrace offers panoramic 360° views. Located on the ground floor, it is easily accessible and equipped with WiFi, modern amenities, and a library in 3 languages. Here, you'll have the opportunity to live alongside artworks by Canarian and international artists, while exploring the rich flora and fauna of the Canary Islands. Furthermore, we invite you to enjoy moments of reflection and learning in our library, where you'll find a variety of books in multiple languages on philosophy and art. We'll be delighted to provide you with all the information you need about the island to make your stay unforgettable. Our house is very comfortable and easily accessible, equipped with all the necessary kitchen appliances. We also offer the option to rent boogie boards so you can fully enjoy the ocean. The neighborhood is quiet and picturesque, with a small supermarket, bus stop, pharmacy, bars, and restaurants just a 3-minute walk away. Additionally, from the house, you can easily access the Azuaje Ravine, a perfect spot for outdoor sports, hiking, birdwatching, and discovering the typical flora of the Canary Islands. Nearby, you'll find some of the best waves on the island for surfing, natural pools at Altillo for a peaceful swim, as well as mountains for climbing and exploring. Other things to note San Andres beach is an intermittent beach. Approximately from December to April it is stone and from April to December it is black sand. It has some of the best waves on the island, but you have to be careful with the currents. To bathe, we recommend never leaving the shore and not letting children bathe alone. For families with small children we recommend the Altillo natural pools (they are a 5-minute walk away) where they can observe various fish and marine organisms.
