Ideal to work from home, since it is equipped with a working desk, office chair, 24" monitor, adapters and high-speed Wi-Fi at 100+ mbps of width-band and it is quiet and on a high floor (12th) with a big terrace/patio. The neighborhood is safe at all times. Main historic center landmarks are within short distance walk: Chinatown, Zocalo, Bellas Artes, Cathedral, Latin-American Tower, Paseo de la Reforma, etc. The area is very touristy with many things to see and do. Be ready to walk everywhere. There are also a lot of great places to eat. Other things to note Parking available for monthly stays only. Or at a fee for short stays. Inquire. No check-in allowed from 6 pm to 7 am unless you are willing to pay MXN500 (after 11 pm MXN800). Unregistered guests aren't allowed to access the lobby. We have to meet you in person to give you access (give you the keycard). If you lose the keycard or take it with you on the day of your departure, there is a replacement cost of MXN500.
