Home away from Home - 1-Bdrm in Shared House

Warm and welcoming home. While the overall house may be shared with myself & my scaredy-cat, you will have the peace & privacy of multiple private spaces off the upstairs hallway to relax and unwind while you visit Inuvik. The house is located a 5 min walk from the Hospital and a 10-15 min walk to the main town stores. Come let this stay be your home away from home. The space Your bedroom has a queen sized bed and plenty of storage for short or long-term stays. Beside your bedroom you will have your own private tv room/den to use as your own space and then down the hall you will find your private bathroom. Additionally, you will have your own house entrance that opens into your private kitchenette. This leads you through the shared living room where you will then head upstairs via a shared hallway to your private bedroom/den. In the shared spaces you will find an additional living room as well as a home workout room on the main floor & shared laundry in the 'basement'. Guest access You have 3 private spaces to use as well as 3 shared spaces that are used by the home owner (me!). During your stay I keep to myself mostly, but welcome chats and am always will to help with questions about Inuvik and the area. Other things to note There is the cutest cat ever that lives here. She does not really shed (it's hard to believe I know) and is considered a 'hypo-allergenic' breed of cat. But, she is still a cat, so if you have severe allergies, perhaps this is not the best fit as she spends time in all the shared spaces. As it is only a kitchenette, there is no access to an oven. It does include one stove top gas burner, toaster oven, standard toaster, microwave, air-fryer, electric grill, electric kettle, crock-pot and a full sized fridge. There is on-street parking available in front of the house. If you are here in winter. You will want to be sure to have an extra long cable for plugging in your car on those cold nights. An outdoor plug access is available, but you will have to supply your own cord. House rules: Multiple working professionals live in this home and therefore parties and large gatherings are not allowed. This is a non-cigarette smoking house. As it is a shared space with myself, this is a very strict rule so if you smoke cigarettes, I would encourage you to stay elsewhere. No overnight guests other than the renters reqested.
