Our bi-level apartment is a 10 minutes walk from the city center and the main train station, located in a calm area next to the Fortezza park. The apartment is situated in a historic building on one of Florence's most characteristic streets providing for an authentic Florentine experience. The bright living area features a fully equipped open kitchen, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The brand-new kitchen includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all the utensils you need to cook and dine at home with ease. The bathroom is modern and fitted with a spacious shower. The sleeping area is located on a cozy mezzanine level and features a comfortable three-quarter bed (120 cm), ideal for two guests. In addition, the living room includes a convenient sofa bed, making the apartment suitable for a third guest if needed. The apartment is fully equipped with every essential appliance for both short and longer stays — including an in-unit dryer, a rare and highly appreciated feature. Please note: the staircase leading to the mezzanine is approximately 50 cm wide. It may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility or very large luggage.
