Atmospheric studio in an ideal location in Leiden

My name is Pia, I am self-employed, I love my house and would like to share it with people who temporarily have to or want to be in Leiden. In this 20 m2 studio, you have everything you need: a kitchenette, sink, private shower, TV, WiFi, (folding) table, sofa, a double bed (1.60) and laundry facilities. It is located in a quiet street in a beautiful neighborhood within walking distance of the city center, the university, shops and public transportation. Tourist tax in Leiden is 3.50 p.p.p.n. The space The accommodation has a room with a sofa, kitchenette, table, TV and laundry facilities, as well as a room with a double bed and a wardrobe. Guest access The accommodation is private as is the shower and toilet. We share the front door, the stairs and a part of the hallway. The laundry can be done for you, in consultation. During your stay I find it easy to (also) have contact with each other by app. Other things to note It is greatly appreciated if you keep the room neat and clean yourself.
