Welcome to our quiet and elegant studio with mountain views! Passy is a prime location to discover the Mont-Blanc region, summer and winter: - Chamonix and Plaine Joux (Lac Vert) 20 minutes away, - St-Gervais and Les Houches 15 minutes away, - Megève 25 minutes away. Hiking departures at the foot of the apartment. The studio, completely new, is designed to make the most of the environment, with its outdoor terrace and a small private garden to relax after the effort :) The space The accommodation is a spacious, bright and cozy studio with mountain views decorated in a modern and refined mountain style. It has a real kitchen for cooking, and a spacious shower room. The terrace for eating outside is a real asset, as well as the small private garden. The orientation is: south, southeast with sun in the morning until the end of the day. Guest access In the extension of the terrace, you have access to a grassy area with two garden chairs to enjoy the view and the calm of the place. Other things to note The house is located 730 meters above sea level, be careful, evenings can be cool!
