The space This property consists of a four bedroom house and two studios, The Sunrise and The Sunset. The studios are both listed on Airbnb and the house is rented long term to a small family. Please note that this unit shares a wall with the main house kitchen and laundry. The house long-term tenants have agreed to respect 10pm-6am quiet hours, and we ask our Airbnb guests to do the same. As is the nature of a multi-unit property, ALL NOISE CANNOT BE FULLY ELIMINATED. We have soundproofed between the units, however, there will still be some noise. ***IF YOU ARE A LIGHT SLEEPER OR SENSITIVE TO NOISES, THIS IS NOT THE UNIT FOR YOU*** Parking - You may use the North side of the drive (side away from the freeway). The south side closest to the main house is reserved for our tenant. Guest access Guests have access to the studio only. We do not have an outdoor space set up for use.
