The space Custom designed and built by the owner, the home features many upscale features including complete brick and stone facade, handscraped hardwood flooring and ceramic tile. 7.1 surround sound Theater room, Executive office with built in desk, Bluetooth outdoor speakers, WiFi, cable and smart TVs. We’re thrilled to have you as our guest! To help make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, please take a moment to review our house guidelines: ⸻ 1. Quiet Hours We love our peaceful neighborhood and ask that guests help keep it that way. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Please keep noise levels low during this time out of respect for our neighbors and fellow guests. ⸻ 2. No Smoking Absolutely no smoking of any kind is allowed anywhere on the property. This includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vaping devices, and all other smoking materials—legal or illegal. Violations will result in a non-refundable $500 cleaning fee and immediate removal from the property. ⸻ 3. No Illegal Activity Illegal activities of any kind are strictly prohibited. We require all guests to comply with local, state, and federal laws at all times. Violations may result in eviction and legal action. ⸻ 4. Registered Guests Only For safety and insurance reasons, only registered guests are allowed on the premises. If you plan to have visitors, they must be approved and registered with us before entering the property. At no time may the total number of people exceed the maximum guest limit—whether staying overnight or just visiting. ⸻ 5. No Pets (Unless Pre-Approved) Pets are not allowed unless you’ve received prior written approval from us. If approved, a non-refundable $500 pet cleaning fee will apply per pet. Unauthorized pets will result in additional fees and possible removal from the property. ⸻ 6. Local Walkability Our home is connected by wide sidewalks that make it easy to walk, bike, or ride to nearby parks, grocery stores, restaurants, school sports facilities, and pharmacies. Enjoy exploring the area! ⸻ 7. Starter Supplies We provide enough soap, paper products, and toiletries for the first 1–2 days of your stay. For longer stays, please plan to visit one of the many nearby stores for additional supplies. ⸻ 8. Outdoor Grill If you use the grill during your stay, please clean it thoroughly before checkout. ⸻ 9. Smart Thermostat Guidelines There are three smart thermostats in the home: • Upstairs • Downstairs • Main Bedroom (Independent control) Important Notes: • The upstairs and downstairs thermostats should always be set to the same mode and temperature for best efficiency. • Avoid setting heat on one floor and air conditioning on the other, as the open-concept layout makes this counterproductive. • The main bedroom thermostat can be set separately as desired. Basic Controls: • Adjust Temperature: Use the up/down buttons on the screen. • Fan Mode: Toggle between Auto and On. • System Mode: Use the middle button to switch between Heat, Cool, or Auto modes.
