This 3 bedroom ranch is comfortable and is a great gathering place! Our design is warm. Just a short walk (less than 0.14 of a mile) to the shared neighborhood beach! There is a bonus rec room in the basement with foosball, darts, and Roku tvs! it could also be used for a workcation location! Guest access Guests can access the full house. There are some beach supplies and yard games in the garage for guest use, as well as 4 bikes, 4 kayaks, and 4 sets of snowshoes. We also have fussball, puzzles, games, darts, and plenty of Roku TVs! Summer, winter, fall, and spring; we've got it all! There is a locked storage closet that is for our cleaning and maintenance providers. Other things to note This house has full house forced air conditioning and heat for your comfort, regardless of the season!
