Diamond Hills is a fully renovated, 4 bedroom home, situated close to the heart of beautiful Campbell Town. This property features large bedrooms, 3 with queen-sized beds and 1 with two singles. Diamond Hills will accommodate a large family group with ease, featuring a modern kitchen with dishwasher, brand new bathroom with double walk-in shower and laundry with washing machine and additional toilet. Three rooms have queen-sized beds with the fourth containing two single beds. The bathroom has been fully renovated with a double walk-in shower and separate toilet room. The kitchen features sparkling appliances with brand new dishwasher. The laundry has also been fully renovated, and includes a second toilet. The lounge and dining rooms are open plan and inviting, perfect for gathering around the table for meals. A large backyard and front gates provides plenty of space for children to play safely and happily. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property except for the garage area, which the owners will use for their own purposes. Other things to note Some things we’d like to ask of you… 1. Please remove your shoes when you enter the house. We’d like to keep our polished floors free from scratches and wear as much as possible. 2. Please leave the house in a respectable state. Rubbish can be placed into the bins provided. 3. We ask that you please wash your dishes and put them away prior to your departure. This will help our cleaning staff immensely! 4. We’d be delighted if you didn’t bed hop throughout your stay. 5. We’ve provided some fun activities and materials for children to use. Please ensure that these materials are returned to the tub in the single room cupboard and put away. 6. Please note that we have tried to provide as many items as we could for our guests to use throughout their stay.
