In the area you will find a variety of shops and markets. It is suitable for working from HOME or playing GAMES, with a very good WI-FI signal. SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN, 4-LEGGED COMPANIONS, WHEELCHAIRS up to 60 cm and PEOPLE with REDUCED MOBILITY. The space You will find a warm and cheerful house, very comfortable for up to 5/6 people :) It has 1 master bedroom with an extra-large queen bed (1.6 x 2 m) and 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each. 1 of the rooms has a double bed or a trundle bed with wheels (which can be used by a child). All beds are box springs (only 1 single mattress is soft). Includes linen and towel service. The FREE PRIVATE GARAGE is for a standard car or small van such as a “PARTNER” or “TORO”. The house has 2 stoves and 2 main air conditioners. Additionally, all rooms feature heating and ceiling fans (independently). All spaces are on one level without stairs, ideal for children, wheelchairs (up to 60 cm wide), baby carriages, people with reduced mobility and 4-legged companions. You have all the comforts to relax, to cook during your stay (with oven, microwave, grill, cutlery, kitchen utensils and grill) and you can also make use of the FREE washing machine. You have 2 entrances, 1 through the front door and another through the electric garage door/parking lot. Guest access The whole house will be available only for you; for guests' comfort, safety and privacy. Other things to note *NEW: LINEN (SHEETS AND TOWELS).
