Ocean Views, Easy Access to Best Beach on Island!

Boardwalk to the Beach only 1 house away. Enjoy uncrowded beaches, fishing, boating, and bike paths all over the island. Fripp Island is a wildlife sanctuary, with deer grazing in the yards, over 170 species of birds, alligators in the lakes, dolphins playing in the waves, and Loggerhead sea turtles nesting and hatching on the shores. The main house is 3BR2BA with beds for 8. There is a 1BR1BA guest house approximately 10 few feet behind the main house that you may rent for an additional fee per week. This has a queen in the bedroom and a twin in the LR/DR/kitchen area.. I try to rent from a Saturday OR to a Saturday during the summer season because that's when I have to make almost all my income for the year, and that's when most weekly guests wish to arrive/depart. If I "cross the week-end" I'm much more likely to end up with little pockets of days that are very difficult -- or impossible -- to rent. My goal is to avoid short pockets of unrented days and also to allow people looking for a full week to be able to rent from Saturday to Saturday. I am not offering amenity cards this year and, as far as I know, the only way to get them is through a home owner who is offering them. Golf cart rented separately.
