Guest access Guests have full access to the entire home, with remote access entry. Other things to note Please use the driveway and avoid parking on the street. The driveway can accommodate up to 2 vehicles, with the garage fitting only one car. Avoid parking trailers, boats, or RVs in the driveway or street to maintain the area's aesthetics. Early/Late Check-In/Out is accommodated whenever possible, based on availability. Associated fees are as follows: Early Check-In 8am-12pm: $250 Early Check-In 12pm-4pm: $150 Late Check-Out Before 12pm: $150 Late Check-Out 12pm-5pm: $250 (plus applicable taxes) Pets may be allowed with prior approval and payment of the $250 +tax pet fee - please inquire before booking.
