Designed for romantic getaways, family adventures, and friend-group weekends, our home blends boho-chic comfort with wide-open desert views, unforgettable sunsets, and star-filled nights—your own private oasis of calm and fun. The Space Relaxation meets play in the heart of the high desert. Start inside with warm, inviting common spaces made for gathering. Then step outside to our signature experience: a state-of-the-art Swim Spa and an expansive deck with unobstructed desert views—perfect for sun-soaked afternoons, golden-hour sunsets, and stargazing by the fire pit. Round out the day with 9-hole mini golf and easygoing outdoor dining. Other Things to Note Distance To • Joshua Tree National Park: 14 miles (15-minute drive) • Palm Springs (PSP): 53 miles (1 hour) • Los Angeles (LAX): 156 miles (2 hours, 40 minutes) • San Diego (SAN): 176 miles (3 hours) House Rules (Quick & Important) • Swim Spa use: Must be 18+ unless a guardian is present • No diving and no glass in/near the Swim Spa • Full disinfectant and extermination services provided • Security cameras active outdoors for safety • Home is not childproof • Septic system: Do not flush hygiene products, wipes, grease, etc. • No disruptive parties or events (Airbnb policy) • NEMA 14-50 EV outlet available: bring your own cable Swim Spa Care (Quick Guide) Thank you for helping us keep the Swim Spa clean and working beautifully for every guest. • Settings: The spa is pre-set—please use JET buttons only (do not change temperature or other settings). • Screen: Keep the small screen lid closed when not in use (sun damage is expensive). • Covers + wind: After use, replace all covers and fasten the straps (desert wind can blow them away). • Overnight: An uncovered spa gets cold and dusty—if left open overnight, an extra cleaning fee may apply ($100/night). • Safety: Do not sit or stand on the covers. • If anything seems off: Turn jets off, close lids/covers, and message us in Airbnb right away. Notes • Strong desert winds may move furniture and the Swim Spa cover—please reposition as needed. • No rearranging décor: If items are moved, a $100 fee may apply. Guest access Guest Access / Arrival You’ll have full access to the entire house and property during your stay. Prior to arrival, we’ll send clear step-by-step directions, including a short video and a map, to guide you to the home using the safest and easiest route. Please take a moment to review them before driving—following the provided route helps avoid wrong turns and ensures a smooth, stress-free arrival. Other things to note Additional Notes (Good to Know) • Desert winds: Strong winds can occasionally shift outdoor furniture and spa covers. If anything is moved when you arrive, no worries—please simply place it back. If the Swim Spa water level is low, you may top it off with the patio hose. • Additional guests: A maximum of 2 additional guests may be added, and the extra guest fee must be paid before arrival. • Kitchen floor: There is a permanent stain on the kitchen floor (it’s not dirt). • Road conditions: The final approach includes sandy desert roads. Please follow our arrival video/map and drive mindfully—weather can affect road conditions. • Yoga area / umbrellas / hammocks: These were damaged by desert winds and are currently not available.
