We are centrally located between St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and Tampa. Universal, Disney World, Epcot, Hard Rock Casino, and Bush Gardens are just a short drive away. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a small balcony located in a huge building. We wanted to buy a property that had character and was welcoming to our family and friends.
