Want to take a break in the heart of the Dordogne Valley? Come and stay in our pretty stone house, ideal for holidays with family or friends. Enjoy the calm and beauty of the scenery, while being close to many tourist sites and activities. In addition, the house is located close to an Intermarché (less than 5 minutes) and basic services. The space The accessible rooms of the accommodation to guests are: two bedrooms, an equipped kitchen, an entrance, a large living room (about 50 m2), a bathroom and a separate toilet. Outside, you will have a terrace equipped with a table and chairs for lunch/dinner outside in good weather, a play area (swing + ping-pong table), and an area reserved for the outdoor barbecue. Guest access Check-in to the accommodation can be done independently using the lockbox if we cannot be present. Other things to note Upon arrival, the cleaning fee of €50 will be payable. Bed linen and towels are not provided by default, but we can make them available to you on request at the rate of: - €10 per set of sheets - €5 for 2 towels (1 large and 1 small) For linen rental, please let us know when booking. If you want heating, you will be asked for a flat rate of 15 euros/day.
