'Mystic Garden Villas - Bougarini' is a modern private pool luxury villa offering contemporary elegance and breathtaking views. Being situated in a quiet location very close to the heart of Zante town, it offers the perfect base for those seeking tranquility, comfort, style and at the same time easy access to many nice bars and restaurants & to some of the best beaches of the island. The space Bougarini Villa measures 80 square meters and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. It features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious open plan living room - kitchen area. 1st bedroom: king size bed (1,60m width) 2nd bedroom: two single beds (which can be merged and form a double bed, if that's preferred) Living room: 1 double sofa bed Bougarini Villa is equipped with: * Smart TVs * Bed linen, Bath & Pool towels * 24hr hot water * Air conditioning on all areas * Bathroom Products * Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, cooking utensils) * Kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster * Washing machine * Dishwasher * Wi-Fi internet access (indoors and outdoor areas) * Private Parking (with entrance gate) * Car/motorbike/bicycle rental arrangements upon request * BBQ There is an ample outdoor area with outdoor seating areas & sunbeds. Cleaning will be provided every 1-2 days (including changing the bed sheets & bed linen every 2-3 days). Guest access Full Privacy: The villa you see on the photos and the whole outdoor area (including the pool area) are completely private. Other things to note "Flexible" check-in/-out policy: we will try to accommodate your check-in or check-out, no matter what time it is. Note that early check ins are not always possible if we have a guest leaving that morning, as we need to allow them to check out (by 11:00 the latest) and prepare the villa for you. However, we can usually allow you to drop off your luggage, and the villa will be ready by 3pm the latest. If you have a late flight, you are welcome to leave your luggage or even stay in the villa if no other guests are arriving on the same day (we can confirm that the night before your departure).
