Single-story cottage, about 40 m2, can accommodate up to 3 people. Composed of 2 rooms: a main room and a bedroom, a shower room and toilet. The ideal place for lovers of nature, walks and the seaside. Come and discover Perros and its surroundings, the 7 islands, Ploumanac'h, Bréhat, Paimpol... The space The house consists of 2 rooms: a main room which includes an entrance, an equipped kitchen area (4-burner gas stove, oven and microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, washing machine, there is no dishwasher, sorry), a dining area and a TV area. A bedroom with a double bed and, depending on the requests, I can add a single bed or 1 baby bed. A bathroom with sink and shower cabin. The toilet is separate. NON-SMOKING cottage. The cottage is connected to the internet. Childcare equipment available on request. Direct access to the private terrace, not overlooked, with garden furniture, barbecue. Possibility to play many outdoor games (Breton boules or pétanque, table tennis, football, badminton...) Rental from 2 nights or weekend. Weekly rental, from Saturday to Saturday from June 24 to September 24. Guest access Access to the cottage is via a common outdoor access with the owners' house. You will have access to the entire place as well as the garden. Guests can park their car in the yard. An outlet is available for electric cars. The owners are at your disposal to welcome you from 4 p.m. Arrangements are always possible to make sure you enjoy the cottage earlier. Other things to note For the well-being of our animals, Chaussette, Ratounet and Niko our dogs, Socrates our goat and our hens who live in semi-freedom, we do not accept pets. If you'd like fresh eggs from free-range hens, please don't hesitate to ask!
