The space A fabulous large covered porch greets your arrival and beckons your return with a favorite beverage and book. Inside the house you'll find lots of natural light, modern furnishings, a fully equipted kitchen with new appliances and and every kitchen furnishing we could think of, including a Keurig coffee maker, and nutribullet. There is a dining table in the sunroom, or room for two at the spillover counter to the living room. The living room provides a comfortable conversation area, as well as an electric fireplace, Smart TV and sound bar. The home is not attached to any other dwelling, so you don’t have to worry about noise upstairs or downstairs. Please make yourself at home, everything in the house and yard is available for you to enjoy. There is a queen bed and desk in each bedroom. An additional twin mattress can be made available upon request. Guest access Just prior to your arrival, you'll receive a text with your door keycode so you can come and go without carrying the key or the fear of locking yourself out. We are happy to greet you, or to leave you completely to yourselves. You'll have use of the entire house and yard. We live close by if you have any questions or concerns. Other things to note We love them too, but sorry, NO PETS are allowed. The home is in a family neighborhood setting, so we ask that you please keep noise levels down between 9 pm and 7 am. There are THREE (3) STAIRS to the entrance. The cottage is NOT CHILD-PROOFED. NO SMOKING OR VAPING OF ANY KIND ON THE PREMISES. NO BURNING CANDLES ON THE PROPERTY.
