Casa Cariño is a modern vacation apartment, with breathtaking views from the large and sunny south-facing terrace, located in the popular area of San Juan de Capistrano with tropical plants and flowers. Comfortable beds, the kitchen is fully equipped, the terrace is partially covered with plenty of room for sun loungers, sofa and dining area. The area has a shared pool, restaurants, a convenience store and a bus stop a couple of minutes' walk away. Nerja City Center & Beach: 2.7 km, 8 minutes by car, 15 minutes by local bus. The space As soon as you open the front door, you are drawn to the terrace and the amazing views of the Mediterranean, the mountains, Nerja and the urbanization. This lovely apartment has an open floor plan of 50 m2 where the main attraction is the large private terrace of 35 m2 The kitchen is modern with plenty of work surfaces, a comfortable living room, two spacious bedrooms and a modern bathroom. The area of San Juan de Capistrano is hilly and you get through the area to the apartment via a number of stairs, narrow walkways and cozy alleys with palm trees, tropical plants, flowers and beautiful gardens. The reward is of course the lovely view. Free parking is available at street level. Access is via a number of external stairs and for this reason, this property is not suitable for holidaymakers with walking difficulties. Entrance to the pool area is included in the rent but the cost of renting sunbeds and parasols is not included. Guest access Outdoor The area is in Andalusian style with beautiful flowers and palm trees, two shared pools (one of which is a children's pool), with pool bars and restaurants located a couple of minutes walk away. Sunbeds and parasols can be rented per day. The apartment borders the nature park. Terrace 35 m2 large and sunny south-facing terrace, which is partly covered to provide shade during the hottest months, with plenty of room for table and chairs, outdoor sofas with table, sunbed and sun loungers and built-in charcoal grill. The terrace also has an awning over the dining table. Living room Large sofa with low coffee tables, side tables with wall-mounted flat-screen TV (many international channels including English, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, Spanish, German and French (or use your personal Netflix/HBO/Viaplay/Spotify accounts), sliding doors lead to the private terrace, air conditioning. Kitchen A modern kitchen with stone countertops and a kitchen island with bar stools. Fully equipped, with large fridge and freezer, electric oven and induction stove, fan, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, coffee machine for Dolce Gusto coffee capsules and juice press. Bedroom 1 Double bed 160 x 200 (includes two single mattresses with double bed mattress), with bedside tables and wall-mounted reading lamps, built-in wardrobe, storage under the bed, air conditioning and full-length mirror. This bedroom has a double door facing the terrace. Bedroom 2 Two single beds 90 x 200 (mattress and bed mattress) with open shelves by the bed and wall-mounted reading lamps, built-in wardrobe, storage under the bed, air conditioning and full-length mirror. This bedroom has a window facing the terrace. Bathroom Shower cabin, washing machine (top loading), toilet, storage cabinet and modern sink, wall-mounted mirror. Other things to note In order for everything to meet your expectations, we would like to inform you that: * Bath towels for the pool or beach are not included. * Shower soap, laundry or dishwashing detergent and other similar consumables are not included but a previous guest may have left something. * The kitchen is fully equipped but salt, pepper, oil and other similar cooking accessories are not included. * Toilet roll for the needs of the day of arrival is included. * Entrance to the pool area is included in the rental rate but the cost of renting sun beds and parasols is not included.
