Family home for a stay in the countryside

Our new house is located a 2-minute walk from the center and a 5-minute drive from Spa. Very easy to access and in a quiet area, you can enjoy the air of the countryside while being in the center. Our garden and terrace will allow you to enjoy the view of the center of Theux. You will have access to the entire house for more comfort. The space We provide our family home when we have to be away. We live there the rest of the time, don't be surprised, this house lives :) This is a new construction. There are still some finishing touches to be done. There are no complaints, paintings on the doors, finishes in the toilet. The accommodation is clean but you should know that the house lacks finishes at the moment. Guest access You will have access to the entire home (apart from 2 bedrooms). Washing machine and dryer available. There is a bedroom for a couple with a large bed and dressing room (possibility to add a cot or an air mattress). The second bedroom consists of a baby travel bed and an air mattress can also be installed. Other things to note We have a very affectionate cat who occupies the premises. Not suitable for people with allergies. We do not allow pets.
