Cozy little house in rural surroundings in Håvik

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful, yet central place in the middle of Karmøy. Here on Karmøy there is a lot to do. North of the island we have Europe's largest mini golf course, an 18 hole golf course, Viking farm and zoo. At Åkrehamn we have some amazing beaches, and in the very south of the island you will find Norway's idyllic summer town, Skudeneshavn. If you drive 15 minutes by car north, you are in the center of the festival town of Haugesund. The space It's an older, cozy house. The main floor is newly renovated. The bedroom is on the 2nd floor and is also renovated. The stairs up are a bit steep and narrow by today's standards. Washing machine and dryer are in the basement. There is an exterior entrance to the basement. Outside is a spacious courtyard with paving stones. There is a large lawn with good opportunities for play and games. The courtyard is well shielded from view. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property except for the outhouse/garage
