Other things to note The pool is now closed and will reopen on July 4th. ****POOL IS NOW CLOSED**** Pool is over the ground 18x48 round, with a small deck.  It gets lots of sun in the daytime. It is surrounded by trees and there are sometimes leaves in water and possibly bugs.  There is a leaf skimmer pole by the pool.   Use of the pool is under your discretion. Please be safe.   Some of the kitchen appliances are a little old but everything works. Fridge dishwasher and oven are new.   Ticks/Bugs: Please note that if you plan to spend time outdoors ticks/bugs are part of country living in Upstate NY.   Well water with whole house filtration system. Pets: If you are traveling with your best friend, please let me know in advance.
