The space The spacious living room includes Direct TV and wet bar with ice maker, overlooking the water and the expansive porch. Whether you enjoy a cup of coffee or an evening cocktail, you will never want to leave this porch! Through large French doors, the dining room and well-stocked kitchen are ready to cook for you and your crowd. The master bedroom is downstairs with an en-suite bath and jacuzzi garden tub. French doors in the master open to the wonderful porch and hammock. There is plenty of space for families and kids to spread out in the upstairs second den/playroom, equipped with TV and a full piano. Six additional bedrooms will surely accommodate you and your friends. After a day on the water, the convenient half bath and two showers under the house make for convenient living. A kayak paddle up the creek or a 5 minute drive will take you to the ocean for a swim and some of the best shelling around. Both a gas and charcoal grill are there for your pleasure and an oyster steamer as well. This house is located in a private neighborhood gated community. Wonderful for biking and nature walks with family and friends. Note: there is a noise ordinance in effect at 10:00 pm and a limit of four vehicles. SORRY-NO PETS YOU WILL BE FINED I guarantee you will love this home! Guest access The entire house, dock, and boat ramp. Other things to note Property has a boat ramp and deep water dock. Only small boats (MAXIMUM 15 ft) can be used and no jet skis. Perfect for fishing swimming and crabbing. Bike, golf cart and beach equipment rental available at Edisto Essentials.
