Note: Our community does NOT provide parking for large boat. Be watchful for alligators or snakes, though rarely seen. Never feed wild life! The space Tranquility Base is on the 2nd floor with a private stairway and a covered parking spot in the front, next to the community pool. Comfortable queen bed. Bottom-up window blinds. Ring camera doorbell. Keypad lock. Door reinforcement lock. Smart Roku TV.….. It offers all amenities for a luxury vacation for you and your loved one. Guest access Guests can use the entire apartment except a small locked closet at the entrance. Other things to note Please do NOT use fireplace, due to safety concerns. The top step of the stairway is a little higher than others. Rain drops on Sunroof make noticeable noise. If your reservation is close to 4 weeks, please consider to RESERVE 30 DAYS. You may end up paying less, because of the following “30-Day Rule”: 1) Guests who occupy a hotel room (AirBnB) for 30 or more consecutive days with no payment interruption are considered permanent residents and are exempt from hotel tax. 2) AirBnB host fee is reduced to ~10%, instead of the regular rate ~14%.
