Sunny room in the heart of historic beautiful Cambridge. Its a peaceful and safe area, well served with shops, buses & electric scooters, 3 minutes to the bus stop, 20 minutes to the town centre or 14 minutes by scooter. Located on two floors with comfortable rooms and partially wood floors. Enjoy easy access to local shops and restaurants from this charming and welcoming place to stay. I live alone and my passion includes the Arts, Music, Sports and Travel. The space Quiet and a bright single room for single occupancy, with a wonderful view, located in a safe residential area. The room includes a large private bathroom, desk, chair and bookshelf (a perfect workplace). Adequate cupboard facilities with plenty of shelves and some hanging space. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge and other cooking equipment. Nearby bus routes include the number 8 and the A busway that go to town centre. Parking is free on the street before the house. Guest access Guests can use all areas of the house including the kitchen, the front room, the conservatory and the garden. During your stay Hello! I’m Shahnaz, and I’ve lived in Cambridge for over 25 years. I feel very lucky to call one of the world’s most beautiful cities my home, and I’m delighted to be able to share it with guests. I’m always happy to help in any way I can to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. My daughter has her own room but is away most of the time for work. We both love travelling and have stayed in many Airbnbs ourselves, so we understand what makes a stay feel welcoming and relaxed. You’ll usually be sharing the home only with me, and occasionally it may be entirely yours if we are away. I’m generally around in the evenings and, of course, always available should you need anything or in case of any problems or emergencies. Other things to note There is No Smoking in the house though you can use the garden. For guests who stay more than 2 weeks, there will be an additional cleaning charge of £ 10.00 per week. Essentials will no longer be provided after 2 weeks (can be negotiated).
