Beautiful Room Near Cambridge Town Centre

Sunny room in the heart of historic beautiful Cambridge. Its a peaceful and safe area, well served with shops, buses & electric scooters, 3 minutes to the bus stop, 20 minutes to the town centre or 14 minutes by scooter. Located on two floors with comfortable rooms and partially wood floors. Enjoy easy access to local shops and restaurants from this charming and welcoming place to stay. We are a mature couple and my passion includes the Arts, Music, Sports and Travel. The space Quiet and a bright single room for single occupancy, with a wonderful view, located in a safe residential area. The room includes a large private bathroom, desk, chair and bookshelf (a perfect workplace). Adequate cupboard facilities with plenty of shelves and some hanging space. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge and other cooking equipment. We have an 18 year old Burmese cat who is quiet but very friendly. She seems to prefer the ground floor. Nearby bus routes include the number 8 and the A busway that go to town centre. Parking is free on the street before the house. Guest access Guests can use all areas of the house including the kitchen, the front room, the conservatory and the garden. During your stay Hello! I’m Shahnaz and I have lived in Cambridge since 1996. I’m lucky to live in one of the most beautiful cities in the world. I am delighted to be able to share our home and to help in any way I can. My daughter has her own room but is away most of the time for work. We both love travelling and have been guests on Airbnb many times. You will only have to share the place with us, unless we are away. I am around in the evenings and of course available if there are any problems/emergencies. Other things to note There is No Smoking in the house though you can use the garden. For guests who stay more than 2 weeks, there will be an additional cleaning charge of £ 10.00 per week. Essentials will no longer be provided after 2 weeks (can be negotiated).
