Canal access to Halls River & Homosassa River for flats boats or pontoon boats only. Must be able to lower bimini to go under Halls River Bridge. Property includes three kayaks and one canoe. The space This is an entire waterfront home with an upper screened balcony overlooking the scenic canal view. Each bedroom boasts a comfortable queen-sized bed and there are two full bathrooms. The spacious, recently updated kitchen has everything you need for your stay, including a wine fridge to keep your beverages at the perfect temperature. Enjoy your freshly caught seafood at the spacious kitchen island. A keurig coffee maker is provided for making your morning cup of java. The couch in the living room is a pull out. Linens and pillows are provided. On ground level, there is a largeopen patio with a bar, inclusive of a sink and storage, and a refrigerator. Blue tooth speakers, a television set, and both a propane and wood burning fire pit make this the perfect spot for hanging out. Relax and enjoy the peaceful, serene canal or catch fish and blue crabs right out of the canal. It is common to see wood ducks, manatee, and turtles right off the seawall. A gas grill is also provided. Due to the homeowner's severe allergies, pets, smoking, and vaping are strictly prohibited. Guest access The entire home and yard is for the guests' enjoyment. Other things to note The home is located directly on a canal. However, swimming in the canal is not advised. Homosassa Springs are ideal for swimming and only a short kayak or boat ride away.
