Rental also possible for business trips. The sea is only 25 minutes from the cottage with the Alabaster Coast which offers you the most impressive landscapes of Normandy. The coastal towns are close (Étretat, Fécamp, St-Valéry-en-Caux, Veules-les-Roses, Varengeville-sur-Mer, Dieppe...). The space Your 65 m2 accommodation consists of 4 rooms and can accommodate up to 4 people. Description: 1 Bedroom: 2-person bed (140/190) - Dressing room - Dresser - Duvet - Pillows. 1 Living room / kitchen: Refrigerator - Freezer - Oven - Induction stove - Microwave - Coffee maker - Dolce Gusto coffee maker - Toaster - Bar. 1 Living room: Convertible sofa bed (sleeps 2 140/190) - Duvet - Pillows - Television - Fireplace with wood stove. 1 Entrance: Small desk – Closets – Shoe cabinet. 1 Bathroom: Shower - Sink - Washing machine - Towel dryer. 1 separate toilet. 1 fully enclosed lot and parking. 1 outdoor shelter for motorcycle, bike... 1 Electric car charging socket. Outdoor terrace: Picnic table - Barbecue - Hammock - Children's hut - Swing. Presence of animals in a fenced area (Chickens, Ducks, Goats, Geese, cat...). Water and electricity charges are included. What's not included in your stay: - Bed linens. - Bathroom towels. - Housekeeping (The gîte must be left clean and tidy). A deposit check of €60 will be requested upon arrival. Guest access This rental includes access to your accommodation, parking and garden. (Part of the garden adjoining the cottage is completely dedicated to you. The other part as well as the parking is shared with the owner who can come during the day to maintain the land and feed the animals).
