This elegant, spacious apartment is wonderfully located in one of the most desirable roads in Canford Cliffs village. Just a few minutes’ walk from stunning Blue Flag beaches, it is adjacent to Sandbanks and Poole Harbour. The apartment offers luxurious accommodation for up to four guests with a large master bedroom and en suite, a second king-size or twin bedroom, a luxurious family bathroom, fully-equipped kitchen, beautiful sitting room with dining area, outdoor eating area and garden. The space This beautifully presented ground-floor apartment offers luxurious and extremely spacious accommodation for four guests in two bedrooms. (A fifth guest can be accommodated on request for an extra fee.) There are only two apartments in this large Edwardian house and this one occupies the whole of the ground floor. The very large master bedroom has a king-size bed, ensuite shower room, dressing table and sofa. There is also a 43” 4K smart TV which offers all the main streaming services. The second bedroom can be made up with either a king-size bed or single beds with hotel-standard interlocking beds. There is also a dressing table and large built-in wardrobe. Both bedrooms have plenty of storage space for clothes, bags and suitcases. The stunning, marble-tiled family bathroom has a freestanding bath, separate shower cubicle and high-end fixtures and fittings. The bright, spacious sitting room has two contemporary and very comfortable sofas, a large dining table and a 50” 4K smart TV. In the fully-equipped kitchen there is a breakfast bar with stools, a large fridge-freezer, gas hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, Nutribullet blender, kettle, toaster and a large selection of glasses, crockery, cutlery, utensils and saucepans. Guests have exclusive use of the large back garden and the patio with its outdoor table, chairs and parasol. The apartment is professionally cleaned and all bed linen and towels are professionally laundered before each stay. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in a separate laundry room. An iron, ironing board and clothes airer are provided. A travel cot and high chair are also available for guests with young children. Guest access The apartment, rear garden and patio are for the exclusive use of guests. Other things to note The apartment is in a highly desirable location with everything you might need on your doorstep. Canford Cliffs village is just a short walk away and is home to a wonderful array of shops and eateries including two gastro pubs, restaurants, a bakery/delicatessen, a coffee shop, a pizzeria, convenience stores and hairdressers. One minutes’ walk from the apartment is Flaghead Chine - a delightful wooded path to the promenade and the stunning sandy beach. At the top of Flaghead Chine is the fabulous Pirate Ship play park for children. The world-renowned Sandbanks peninsular and beautiful Poole Harbour are minutes away. A short ride on the Sandbanks chain ferry takes you to the fabulous and unspoilt Isle of Purbeck with its famous locations such as Studland Beach, Corfe Castle, Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door. In the other direction are Bournemouth, Lymington and the New Forest. The area offers visitors a huge choice of attractions, activities and sports to enjoy during their stay.
