Little Dun Retreat

We invite you to enjoy the gorgeous space we have created for our guests. It is a completely secluded guest home with a bathroom and kitchenette. Get away from town noise and enjoy cooking a meal on our BBQ while your spouse relaxes under the stars on our semi-private deck that is fully enclosed. Town is about a 20 minute walk from local bars and restaurants. This is a peaceful place to retreat after enjoying all this little town has to offer. Note:We are 2.5 hours drive from sequoia nat’l park The space This is such a lovely space. The energy here is calming. There are several outdoor seating spaces including outdoor dining. Inside has a lovely breakfast table, refrigerator, coffee pot, and a toaster. The BBQ also has a gas burner so you can make bacon and eggs, grilled cheese or a pot of spaghetti! Allow this cozy space to be your home away from home. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am. Thank you for helping us maintain a great relationship with our neighbors. Guest access When you arrive you will see a beautiful fence. Please park in front of the fence, on the street. You will enter through the gate, up the stairs. You have access to your guesthouse and the deck. We listed the deck as semi private because we need to tend to our plants on the deck as well as enter Holly’s art studio (adjacent to your rental). Other things to note A couple requests: We are excited you’re here. We hope you have a blast. That being said, we hope we have a blast too! This is our home and we enjoy sharing it. We ask that you respect it and leave it as nice as you found it. Please clean all dishes before you leave daily. Please keep in mind we do not accept pets in our Airbnb. If you have a service animal, kindly give us a heads up before you arrive. Thank you!
