Enjoy a stay with us by the sea. Whether visiting for business or pleasure, you can relax in our newly refurbished self-contained annex to our family home. Full kitchen and appliances and your stay includes breakfast and refreshments. We also have a well stocked mini-bar. Front garden seating area. Park in our driveway. Easy reach of historic Arundel Castle and Goodwood races. Just a 5-minute walk and you're on the beach and promenade enjoying the beach cafe's, leisure centre gym and pool. The space The listed space is a self contained annex to our detached 4 bedroom home by the sea. It is furnished to a high standard and features a complete kitchen and laundry facilities. The 2nd bed is a pull out which folds back into a one person chair. When made up, it fits diagonally across the room next to the main bed. If requesting a third person stay, this will already be made up into a single on guests arrival and can be folded up during the daytime. PLEASE NOTE: Any double guests booked who are here for WORK and are not expecting to sleep together! MUST advise us to put up the single bed prior to arrival. The galley kitchen is fully equipped for your own cooking and we provide a continental style breakfast, (bread and breakfast spreads for toast, cereals and fruit), which you'll find in the cupboards and on the worktop. We have a mini bar in the fridge stocked with wine, beers, gin and tonics, soft drinks and nuts with suggested contributions to our costs As well as a washing machine and clothes dryer, we also provide a worktop ironing board and travel iron, which is kept in the wall cupboard by the shower room at the rear. The 32inch TV has the Freeview channel and you can login with your own account details to all the streaming services like Netflix, Prime, iPlayer etc. During the winter months the wi-fi controlled heating goes off at 12pm and guests can turn this back on again as and when needed, or on their return. We would however ask all guests to ensure all heating is turned off when leaving the property. We have 3 chairs for the fold out kitchen table (kept in the cupboard), and these will be set out on your arrival to the number of guests. Feel free to fold the table if not in use. There should be enough tea and coffee and breakfast items for your stay. There are plenty of restaurants and pubs locally and places to visit. Upon your booking, the confirmation message includes a link to our webpage where there is a video walkthrough of the space, so you'll get a heads up of things before your stay. Guest access You can access the space using the key you'll find in the lockbox, which is sited on the left hand side wall, using the code we give you the day before your stay. The porch door is unlocked. When you’re in the porch, the door to the listed space is on your left. The key turns clockwise to open. Other things to note Please note. We will do all we can to make your stay as enjoyable and as peaceful as possible. We are a family home with a teenage son, (no loud music thankfully!) and visiting grandchildren, so sometimes we have comings and goings, including early morning starts in the week for the train station run. We also have 'Betsy' our miniature Dachshund who may be small, but being the boss and a pest, likes to greet anybody ringing the doorbell! Our apologies for this, but it's always brief.
