Directly across the street you’ll find Centennial Park, complete with a splash pad, playground, tennis courts, river access, and the Royal Gorge Route Railroad. Downtown shopping and restaurants are just a short 0.3-mile walk away, making this one of the most convenient and walkable locations in Canon City. Guest access Please use the gravel parking area on the south side of the home. The garage driveway in the back is not available for guest parking. Please respect the posted “No Trespassing” signage near the garage area. Other things to note The home includes high-speed WiFi and Smart TV access (guests log into their own streaming accounts). The kitchen is fully stocked with full-size appliances, including a gas range, cookware, dishes, and essential cooking basics to make meal preparation easy and comfortable. Fresh linens, bath towels, and starter household supplies are provided for your convenience. To elevate your stay, optional concierge services are available through Emberline Management. We’re happy to assist with pre-arrival grocery stocking, celebration setups, and local reservation coordination with advance notice. Please note: Guest parking is located in the gravel area on the south side of the home. The garage and driveway are private and not part of the rental.
