Villa Elena is 200 meters from the lake and a 10-minute walk from the center of Moniga del Garda. 10 minutes by car from Desenzano d/G and 20 minutes from Sirmione. The optimal location allows you to move around on foot and/or by bicycle, also having direct access to the promenade that connects us with Padenghe sul Garda a few meters away. You will love the tranquility and elegance of Villa Elena! The space In a quiet and elegant setting, Villa Elena is an elegant and refined home located in Moniga del Garda. Villa Elena is located within a green oasis that is its large garden, cared for in every detail and that extends throughout the perimeter of the house. Equipped with an exclusive lake view, which can be enjoyed both from the ground floor and from the first floor (sleeping area), the Villa also has a large swimming pool equipped with sun loungers, shower, umbrella and table, perfect for breakfast or lunch by the pool. The entrance to the property is first through a long avenue lined with maritime pines, at the end of which we find the private parking spaces reserved for our guests.
The entrance to the property extends through an elegant staircase with an independent entrance, which accompanies us inside our Villa, elegantly and carefully furnished. The Villa, inside, has a bright entrance that introduces us to a large living room with a window overlooking the lake.
The kitchen, equipped with every comfort, overlooks a large porch, furnished with sofas and tables, perfect for lunches and dinners outside. 
On the ground floor there is also a half bathroom and a storage room with a washing machine. The first floor, bordered by a spacious terrace overlooking the lake, houses 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all equipped with a double bed and air conditioning and with access to the terrace. The parking lot is uncovered inside the Villa and can accommodate up to 4 cars. 
The Villa consists of 3 floors; the basement is currently inhabited. The spaces mentioned above include the entire ground floor and the first floor The entrances to the Villa and the basement are separate and independent from each other, the only common area is the driveway that can be used by both guests and hosts with cars.
